One of our international clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the food industry, is in need of a proficient Dutch-speaking Office Manager to provide essential support at their office based in Amstelveen.

As the Senior Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative functions to guarantee a smooth operational flow, facilitate effective communication, and deliver efficient assistance to various departments.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee document management, including emails, letters, and calls
  • Support in various procedures such as budgeting and payments
  • Act as a secretary for the Director and Sales Managers
  • Coordinate meetings and manage logistical arrangements
  • Handle office supplies and address IT-related issues
Requirements:

Prior experience in a comparable position

Proficiency in Dutch language at B2 level

Professional demeanor with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills

Preferably possess leadership qualities
