Applied Medical is hiring an administrative coordinator that will work on the documents required by hospital procurement (marchés publics et contract privés), and you might be the perfect fit for our team


Our diverse and international Tender & Contracts Department is responsible for the accurate and punctual submissions of our offers to private and public hospitals in Europe.

These hospitals are actively selecting suppliers for medical devices used in different surgical specialties.

In this role, you will join a team dedicated to serving the French market.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and timely collection and submission of the documents requested by the procurement officers, as well as maintaining price lists in our system, and create quotations and price offers.

To succeed, you bring in attention to details, excellent organization and the ability to understand and adhere to administrative requirements and deadlines.


This position is based at our European Headquarters in Amersfoort (NL) and reports to the Team Lead Tender & Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor relevant business opportunities across healthcare procurement portals and share tender requirements to the sales and management teams
  • Understand tender instructions and plan the offer submission in accordance with the tender procedure and timeline, using approved content and templates
  • Liaise with the local Sales team and different internal departments to collect the requested documentation
  • Submit the tender via the healthcare procurement portal chosen by the hospital within the deadline
  • Maintain accurate documentation and price lists, and inform customers of any price and product changes
  • Timely notify any obstacles in the process to the Senior or Team Leader
  • Support our local French sales team by providing price quotations, sales brochures, and samples when required
  • Translate English documents into French

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree level
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an officebased, administrative role
  • Nearnative oral and written communication skills in French
  • Very good understanding of written texts including complex legal language
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong affinity with sales support
