Als Director IT Operations bij Stepco leid je de dagelijkse operatie en zorg je voor verbeteringen op onze interne processen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk de waarborging van een hoge kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het Services team, het interne beheerteam, het projectenteam en Contract Delivery Management.

Kerntaken van de Director IT Operations zijn o.a.:
- Op de hoogte zijn en blijven van relevante ontwikkelingen en behoeften bij onze klanten;
- Het up-to-date houden van de vakkennis met betrekking tot producten en ontwikkelingen bij zowel jezelf, maar ook de collega 's in de teams;
- Het integreren en bijhouden van KPI's om de interne vastgestelde kwaliteit te kunnen bewaken;
- Het maken van interne verbeterplannen waarin de acties en risico 's opgenomen worden;
- Het verwerven van inzicht in de business van jouw klanten;
- Vanuit jouw voorbeeldrol breng je het huidige team naar een hoger niveau, ieder gericht op zijn/haar behoeften en potenties;
- Automatisering van taken, waardoor wij bijblijven in de markt;
- Zorg dragen voor de dienstverlening van Stepco waarbij nadrukkelijk aandacht wordt gegeven aan security en privacy.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en efficiency binnen het Services, Projecten en Beheer team van Stepco;
- Identificeren van kostenbesparende mogelijkheden en efficiënte inzet van middelen;
- People manager voor jouw direct reports, waarbij je het team gaat leiden en, inclusief het stellen van doelen en het uitvoeren van prestatiebeoordelingen;
- Zorgen voor een positieve team cultuur en samenwerking;
- Opstellen van jaar doelstellingen incl. bijbehorende plannen, budgetten e.d.
- In geval van escalaties fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de klant;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, efficiency en adequate informatiebeveiliging.
Overige vereisten aan ervaring:
- De Director IT Operations brengt ervaring mee op gebied van Cloud Managed Dienstverlening
- De Director IT Operations denkt in structuur en stramien
- Ervaring met MS Azure Cloud, MS producten en diensten, MS Licenties
Aanbod

- Marktconform salaris o.b.v. kennis en ervaring tussen € € 9.000 bruto per maand incl. 8% vakantiegeld

- Functie voor 40u per week
- Hybride werken mogelijk (3-4 dagen op kantoor, 1-2 dagen vanuit huis)

- Twee keer per maand ben je werkzaam op locatie in Vlaanderen
