Ga bij Action aan de slag op ons internationale hoofdkantoor in Zwaagdijk-Oost als onze International Manager Payroll en Support Jij zult het voortouw nemen in ons wereldwijde team van HR Payroll en Support dat verantwoordelijk is voor payroll activiteiten in meerdere landen. **Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions**
Je geeft leiding aan een deel van ons team van HR Payroll en Support en bent verantwoordelijk voor de payroll activiteiten in meerdere landen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of HR Services en zorgt voor een consistente, nauwkeurige en tijdige payrolluitvoering in meer dan 5 landen. Hierbij stuur je een team van ongeveer 25 personen aan. Voor sommige landen verzorgen we intern de payroll, terwijl we voor andere samenwerken met payrollproviders. Jouw leiderschap is van cruciaal belang voor het aansturen van initiatieven voor continue verbetering en het identificeren en oplossen van potentiële knelpunten in onze processen.
Je functie omvat ook people management, waarbij je actief kennis deelt en constructieve feedback geeft om de vaardigheden en prestaties van medewerkers te verbeteren. Daarnaast leid je verschillende projecten op het gebied van payrollprocessen, waaronder onze voortdurende inspanningen om de payroll in meer landen te integreren, wat we zullen voortzetten in 2025. Als belangrijkste contactpersoon voor interne en externe stakeholders zorg je voor effectieve communicatie en samenwerking tussen afdelingen en functies.

Van onze vakkenvullers en kassamedewerkers in winkels in heel Europa tot onze collega's op het internationale hoofdkantoor in Zwaagdijk-Oost: alle rekenen ze erop dat ze op tijd hun juiste salaris ontvangen en hun contract in orde is. Dit alles - en veel meer - leiden we in goede banen bij HR Services. In ons diverse team vind je ervaren experts én veelbelovende talenten op het gebied van administratie, payroll en HR-informatiesystemen. Als innovatieve internationale afdeling willen we steeds sneller en efficiënter werken en een betere service verlenen aan alle medewerkers bij Action. Als manager toon je je sterke leiderschap door je team te inspireren en te motiveren om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken. Je beschikt over uitstekend strategisch inzicht en analytische vaardigheden, waarmee je een duidelijke visie kunt ontwikkelen en communiceren. Het opbouwen van relaties heeft voor jou prioriteit, waarbij je vertrouwen en samenwerking stimuleert. Je bent operationeel gefocust en geeft het goede voorbeeld door ondersteuning en begeleiding te bieden bij het oplossen van uitdagingen. Dankzij jouw uitzonderlijke organisatorische vaardigheden verloopt de uitvoering vlot en behaal je succesvolle resultaten.
En verder heb je:
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma
- een uitstekende kennis van internationale payroll
- Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in internationale omgevingen.
- Ervaring in het leiding geven aan operationele teams, bij voorkeur over landsgrenzen heen
- Ervaring met HR (cloud) oplossingen, bij voorkeur SAP en/of ECP, is een pre.
- Uitstekend uit de voeten in het Engels. Nederlands is een pluspunt.
