For this leading provider of high-tech packaging solutions, specializing in the development and production of protective packaging for the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries are we looking for an administrative logistic employee in two shifts.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Administrative logistic employee to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our logistics operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and maintaining accurate records. This position operates in a two-shift system, offering a diverse and stimulating work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.

Loading en Unloading the trucks with EPT and Stacker

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Monitor and report on the status of shipments and resolve any logistical issues.

Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and data entry.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Additional qualifications in logistics or business administration are a plus.

Proven experience in a logistics or administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts).
