Stageopdracht Fai and Igi Strategy

**Wat houdt de opdracht in?**
Problemen met nabewerking die op het laatste moment in onze productielijn worden ontdekt, veroorzaken vertragingen in de productie. Hoewel het inspecteren van onderdelen essentieel is, is het ook tijdrovend. Momenteel hebben we ervoor gekozen om geen Incoming Goods Inspection (IGI) uit te voeren. Door de veranderende marktomstandigheden moeten deze keuzes echter worden heroverwogen en moet er een duidelijke strategie worden geformuleerd.
Ons doel is om de inkomende goederen inspectie strategie van VDL ETG te definiëren. Deze strategie moet ingaan op welke typen onderdelen inspectie vereisen en rekening houden met productvolwassenheid. De opdracht omvat het analyseren van het huidige proces, het bepalen van de kosten en baten van IGI op materiaalgroepniveau en het formuleren van een verbeterplan. Door het optimaliseren van VDL ETG's inkomende goederen inspectie strategie, verwachten we een verbeterde operationele efficiëntie, verhoogde productkwaliteit, kostenbesparingen en een aanpasbare aanpak die ruimte biedt voor bedrijfsgroei.
**Wat wij vragen**:
- Je bent op zoek naar een stage of afstudeeropdracht;
- Je zit in het 3e of 4e leerjaar;
- Je volgt een HBO studie in de richt van Logistiek Engineering, Supply chain engineering of Technische Bedrijfskunde;
- je bent op zoek naar een opdracht welke start in het 2e semester 2024.
**Stagevergoeding**
Wij bieden je een stage vergoeding van €500;
- bruto per maand excl. reiskostenvergoeding.
