Why we open this position ?
After successfully launching our operations in France and the UK, we are now expanding into the Benelux area. Over the past few months, we have been laying the groundwork for our operations in this region.
As we are accelerating our growth, we are searching for someone who can help us construct our operations and achieve excellence in this new market.

The role is based in our Amsterdam office. Still, it is expected to travel three to four days a week to visit our franchisees.
Your responsibilities

Construct internal operational processes: Implement our Global / French standards to our Dutch operations and tailor it into market-specific needs and conditions.

Helping franchisees: Achieve their performance goals through best-in-class operations by monitoring performance, ensuring operational excellence, providing coaching and support, setting and tracking goals, supplying necessary resources, implementing performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining clear communication.

Manage and supervise daily operations: Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Quality Inspections and Audits :Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards in food preparation, service, cleanliness, and sanitation. Check that equipment and employee appearance meet standards and all legal requirements for food safety and sanitation are followed.

Ensure operational KPIs: Monitor and ensure that franchisees meet their operational KPIs, providing support and assistance as needed.

Launch and train new franchisees: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new franchisees to maintain high operational standards.

Performance appraisals: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to franchisees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management with multiple operators, preferably within the food tech or QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and the ability to manage and support franchisees.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Benelux region.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a handson approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.
- A proven ability to take a handson approach to the role.
- Experience in managing staff costs, scheduling, and reviewing staff rotas.
