Benelux Business Development Manager

Luxe Talent International, een internationale werving- en opleidingsorganisatie gespecialiseerd in leidinggevende posities in de sectoren Mode, Luxe, Retail, Catering, Hospitality en FMCG, zoekt een Business Development Manager om de Benelux-markt in Nederland te ontwikkelen en uit te breiden.
Als werving- en opleidingsorganisatie werken we samen met diverse bedrijven in de luxe, premium en high-end sectoren door heel Europa, met kantoren in strategische steden zoals Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, Amsterdam, Braga en München.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Actief deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van de verkoopstrategie van ons kantoor in de Benelux door potentiële markten/bedrijven te identificeren.
- Gebruik maken van verschillende middelen om doelklanten te identificeren en contact met hen op te nemen om onze diensten te presenteren.
- Onderhandelen over commerciële overeenkomsten in het belang van alle betrokken partijen (ons bureau en onze toekomstige klant).
- Werken aan het opbouwen van een relatie gebaseerd op vertrouwen, communicatie en transparantie met elk van onze partners.
- Promoten van het merk Luxe Talent onder belangrijke spelers in de verschillende doelmarkten om de aantrekkelijkheid van onze diensten te vergroten.
- Ervaring binnen de wervingsindustrie in de Benelux.
- Kennis van de Benelux-markten. Idealiter ervaring in de modebranche.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands, Engels. Spaans is een pluspunt.
- Als je een menselijke en kwalitatieve benadering van werving wilt ontdekken, waarbij kandidaten en klanten centraal staan.
