About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Visuals business segment in Benelux. As the face of Lenovo Visuals in the region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy across all customer segments, including Consumer, SMB, and Enterprise/Public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Visuals business strategy in Benelux, in collaboration with the Benelux category management, business management, and marketing teams.
  • Nurture and develop the partner ecosystem, including distributors, key retail, e-tail, and commercial resellers, to support the sales organization.
  • Prepare sales plans and drive execution, in collaboration with the Benelux category management and business management teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to support the Category Manager on product offerings, price setting, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Support Product Portfolio Management to drive sustainable market share growth in line with Lenovo's financial targets.
  • Prepare quarterly sales-in/sales-out planning in cooperation with the distribution and channel team.
  • Determine customer needs through participation in Sales & Customer meetings, and recommend and position appropriate products to customers.
  • Have a retail customer strategy aided by 4P portfolio play.
  • Drive channel depth and breadth via dedicated initiatives and activities.
  • Support by expertise and trainings for mid-market, enterprise, and channel sales teams.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in visuals/display/LFD business, with proven Product Marketing and Business Development experience with budget, P&L, and market share responsibility.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Commercial agility - acting with speed and a sense of urgency.
  • Extensive route-to-market experience, End-user, channel, and retail.
  • Detailed insight into business analytics, data-driven, and fact-based.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
