About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our Smart Collaboration team, you will be responsible for driving Workplace Collaboration opportunities through new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Global Accounts segments
  • Drive high-touch actions to maximize revenue and profit, while monitoring daily results and preparing weekly and monthly analysis
  • Understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning Collaboration solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions
  • Be customer-facing and share your deep industry experience to identify, cultivate, and close net new business

Requirements

  • Ability to position Lenovo's products and value proposition
  • Working knowledge of AV Resellers and UC technologies
  • Proven track record in Sales funnel management, strategic selling, acquisition, and account management in the IT industry
  • An entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage

Travel Requirements

This position will require travel, estimated at 50% across Belgium and Netherlands.
