Smart Collaboration Business Development Manager Benelux

About the Role
We are seeking a highly dynamic individual with excellent relationship and communication skills, as well as executive-level business acumen and account management experience. As a Smart Collaboration Relationship Business Development Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving Workplace Collaboration opportunities through new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Global Accounts segments.
- Drive high-touch actions to maximize revenue and profit, while monitoring daily results and preparing weekly and monthly analysis.
- Understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning Collaboration solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.
- Be customer-facing and share your deep industry experience to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, demonstrating your expertise working with large deals at the C level.
What You Bring
- Ability to position Lenovo's products and value proposition, with a can-do attitude and the ability to navigate complex environments.
- Working knowledge of AV Resellers and UC technologies is preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales funnel management, strategic selling, acquisition, and account management in the IT industry.
- An entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with French being an advantage.
