- Supporting and Execution of acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of corporate and business group strategies that may result in M&A transactions.
- Assist in shaping recommendations presented to the Executive Committee on matters related to M&A transactions, business development initiatives, capital investments, and performance enhancement projects.

You bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working M&A experience (investment bank, private equity, strategy consulting, transactional services).
- Master's level education in Economics, Finance, Business or related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills, including structuring, analytics, and project management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including P&L accounts, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and valuation models.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to lead effectively at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English and ideally one additional language (German, French, or Dutch).
