DE FUNCTIE

Onze winkels zijn het leven en de ziel van ons bedrijf. Ze fungeren als onze belangrijkste contactpunten met ons steeds evoluerende klantenbestand. Naarmate de wereld van de detailhandel evolueert, zijn wij als bedrijf van mening dat, om alle andere onderdelen van de keten te laten werken, onze winkels de toon moeten zetten van waar het bij onze twee merken allemaal om draait. Ongeacht waar onze consumenten uiteindelijk een aankoop doen, onze winkels zijn altijd toonbeeld van onze geweldige merken. Als gevolg hiervan zijn onze locaties van het grootste belang, moet de eersteklas ervaring vanzelfsprekend zijn en mogen onze normen in de winkel nooit twijfelachtig zijn.

Om dit te bereiken, streven we ernaar om de personen in dienst te nemen die de waarden en normen van ons bedrijf kunnen omarmen; die geobsedeerd zijn door het leveren van geweldige service aan onze klanten en die echt geloven dat om relevant te blijven in de wereld van vandaag, we wendbaar moeten zijn en ons moeten aanpassen aan veranderingen en evolutie.

De Stockroom Manager speelt een sleutelrol bij het bereiken van deze normen door ervoor te zorgen dat het magazijn en de back-of-house-activiteiten soepel verlopen.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

Werk samen met een breder managementteam om voort te bouwen op zakelijke kansen en bedrijfsnormen en doelstellingen te bereiken. Het nauwkeurig afhandelen van leveringen, overboekingen en andere voorraad gerelateerde taken. Aannemen van inkomende leveringen in het systeem, voorraad in het magazijn organiseren en initiatief nemen om de manieren van voorraadbeheer te verbeteren. Ervoor zorgen dat de bevoorrading op de werkvloer correct en tijdig wordt voltooid het team correct en efficiënt te delegeren. Een belangrijke onderdeel zijn in de nauwkeurigheid van SKU's en het nemen van voorraden. Analyseer rapporten op winkelniveau en maak actieplannen om de resultaten te verbeteren. Deelnemen aan wekelijkse managementvergaderingen naast andere personeelsvergaderingen. Duidelijk communiceren met het personeel: winkel- en individuele verkoopdoelen en andere belangrijke prestatieverwachtingen; verkoopresultaten en geeft advies over wat nodig is om de prestaties te verbeteren. Eigen communicatie lijnen, alles wat met voorzieningen te maken heeft (toegangscontrole, alarmsystemen). Mogelijkheid om goede relaties op te bouwen met belangrijke afdelingen/personeel in HO, B&M-team, facilities, loss prevention. Werk samen met de SM om feedback te verzamelen over product- en voorraadproblemen. Opstellen van rapportages en analyses, interpretaties en actieplannen wekelijks communiceren naar het management team. Loop dagelijks/wekelijks de SR door met SM of ASM.

JOU

Je hebt eerdere ervaring met toezichthoudende of specialistische functies binnen een premium- of luxemerk. Je hebt eerdere ervaring in personeelsmanagement met het vermogen om conflicten en onproductieve meningsverschillen op te lossen. Je beschikt over goede communicatie vaardigheden met het vermogen om gemakkelijk relaties op te bouwen. Je beschikt over kennis van voorraadbeheersystemen bij voorkeur FIORI, Store Force en RFID Je bent zelfverzekerd in het geven van feedback die positieve gedragsverandering bevordert. Je kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen, je kunt je snel aanpassen en werken met tempo. Je bent energiek en authentiek en toont een duidelijke aanwezigheid op de winkelvloer. Je benadert alle problemen met een 'can do' benadering en handelt met initiatief om oplossingen in de winkel te vinden.

THE ROLE

Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever evolving consumer base. As the world of retail evolves, we, as a business, believe that for all other parts of the chain to work, our stores must set the tone of what our two brands are all about. Irrespective of where our consumers eventually make a purchase, our stores, are always a window to our great brands. As a result our locations are paramount, the first class experience must be a given and our in-store standards should never be questionable.

To deliver this, we strive to hire the individuals who live and breathe the values of our business; who are obsessed with delivering great service to our customers and who truly believe that to remain relevant in today's world, we must be nimble and adapt to change and evolution.

The Stockroom Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards by ensuring the smooth running of the stockroom and back of house operations.

Responsibilities include:

Partner with wider management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives Processing deliveries, transfers and other stock-related duties accurately. Accepting incoming deliveries onto the system Organizing stock in the stockroom and using initiative to improve ways of managing stock. Ensuring replenishment on the shop floor is completed correctly and in a timely fashion by delegate to the team in a sufficient way. Being a key player in SKU accuracy and stock takes. Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results. Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings. Clearly communicate to staff: store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations; sales results and provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance. Own communication boards, anything facility related (access controls, alarm systems). An RFID champion for central London, who works closely with the central operations team assisting in other stores where needed. Ability to build great relationships with key departments/personnel in HO, B&M team, facilities, loss prevention. Work with the SM compiling feedback on product and stock concerns/issues. Producing reports and analysis, interpretation and action plans weekly communicating to the management team. Hold daily/weekly SR walks with SM or ASM. Own the roll out and operation of our in store omni channel and digital project.

YOU

You'll have a previous track record within hospitality or retail. You'll have previous stock handling experience. You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease. You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace. Knowledge of stock control systems preferably FIORI, Store Force and RFID. You'll have strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
