We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Membership Marketing team at an international retail brand with HQ in Amsterdam. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and executing on the strategy and tactics to drive sign-up and growth of the membership database across ecommerce, stores and media. You will also define and develop membership activation programs to increase consumer engagement and drive quality, unlocking member value as well as strong business value.

BeschrijvingResponsibilities: Project Manager Membership Marketing - Temporary

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications department to oversee all membership & CRM activities . The team focuses on acquiring new consumers into the membership database and converting members into buying members and retain and unlock their member value.


You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, media and client relations in order to build an onboarding experience for the brand;
  • Run tests and experiments to continuously improve the customer experience and improve performance;
  • With the goal of higher retention and purchase frequency, develop and improve strategic initiatives to influence member behavior;
  • Maintain close partnerships across the organization in order to ensure membership marketing plans are being executed in sync;
  • Drive brand loyalty by identifying the key member segments and work closely to address their needs;
  • Analyze industry and company trends in order to report back on the effectiveness of the growth initiatives.
RequirementsRequirements Project Manager Membership Marketing - Temporary

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree, or equivalent;
  • Has experience in membership marketing (this would be a big plus);
  • 6+ years of experience in a high paced, international setting, preferably within retail and/or fashion;
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills, being able to pitch new ideas to functional partners;
  • Experience in marketing activations, including global/local content creation, exclusive/local events and product offers;
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
SalarisThe Offer: Project Manager Membership Marketing - Temporary

Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is a full-time hybrid position for 7 months.
