Omschrijving

Als Financieel Manager bij de groep ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig, volledig en tijdig verwerken en controleren van financiële en administratieve gegevens van al onze werkmaatschappijen. Je draagt bij aan het bewaken van processen en bent de drijvende kracht achter de maandelijkse verslaggeving. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een team van gemotiveerde financiële professionals en fungeer je als de rechterhand van de Financieel Directeur.

Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie, periodeafsluiting, jaarafsluiting en bewaking van de financiële stromen. Dat doe je uiteraard niet alleen. Je bouwt aan een goed financieel team en zorgt voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast werk je aan het verder automatiseren van de financiële processen.

In jouw rol als Financieel Manager:

  • Draag je zorg voor synergie tussen de verschillende Nederlandse entiteiten.
  • Zorg je voor de periodieke financiële rapportages en analyses en houd je je bezig met de efficiency van bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele financiële jaarafsluiting, vertaalt business initiatieven en organisatieverbeteringen naar financiële gevolgen en voert verbeterprojecten uit;
  • Draag je bij aan het opstellen van jaarlijkse begrotingen en ondersteun je het cashmanagement proces;
  • Draag je zorg voor de financiële inrichting en administratie;
  • Geef je leiding aan de medewerkers van de Financiële Team.
