About the role:
The Operations Manager will start out managing the fulfilment team and improving the current processes to increase product quality and delivery times, working with our fulfilment partners in China.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will start out managing the fulfilment team and improving the current processes to increase product quality and delivery times, working with our fulfilment partners in China
Focusing on:
- Streamlining processes
- Setting up scorecards for fulfilment team
- Operations team management and coaching
Next to this, they will help in setting up our own China warehouse and map out the processes in this new supply chain.
This person will be working on:
- Extensive research and problemsolving to come up with a new supply chain and return system
Qualifications:
- Ecommerce experience
- Managed supply chain/fulfilment operations
- Experience working with China
- Open to hybrid work (office in Nieuwegein every Monday, can work remotely for the remainder of the week)
