  • Stichting Amsterdamse Gezondheidscentra (SAG) is actief in de stad Amsterdam en leidend in regionale ontwikkelingen. De organisatie evolueert snel naar Anders Werken om toekomstige zorgtoegang te waarborgen. Met 18 gezondheidscentra verspreid over Amsterdam en een bedrijfsbureau biedt SAG huisartsenzorg aan een groot aantal patiënten.

Functieomschrijving
  • Als HR manager speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van het strategisch HR-meerjarenplan dat aansluit bij de organisatorische missie en visie. Je leidt dagelijks het HR-team, vertaalt organisatiestrategie naar actie en dient als HR-adviseur bij diverse vraagstukken.
  • Je focus ligt op brede HR-ontwikkeling en vernieuwing met duurzame inzetbaarheid en een aantrekkelijk werkklimaat als speerpunten voor de toekomst. Verzuim, werving & selectie en het bieden van goede begeleiding aan medewerkers die op meerdere locaties werken zijn van groot belang binnen SAG.

Functie-eisen
  • Je combineert als HR Manager betrokkenheid met zakelijke resultaten en bezit sterke organisatiesensitiviteit om groei te faciliteren. Je voelt je thuis in een informele en betrokken organisatie met korte communicatielijnen.
  • Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding in HR, Bedrijfskunde, Sociale Wetenschappen of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als HR manager;
  • Ervaring met verzuim en werving & selectie;
  • Kennis en nieuwsgierigheid om op de hoogte te blijven van actuele trends en ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, HR data/analytics/systems en procesoptimalisatie.

Belangrijke competenties
  • Je bent een echte peoplemanager die kansen benut om verbeteringen door te voeren en innovatie te stimuleren. Je brengt nieuwe ideeën overtuigend over, creëert draagvlak en weet mensen te motiveren. Je durft zichtbaar en daadkrachtig te zijn en weet verbinding te maken.
  • Je hebt een heldere visie op modern werkgeverschap en ervaring in het implementeren en uitdragen hiervan. Je vertaalt strategische doelen naar HR-beleid op organisatieniveau en naar een werkbare organisatiestructuur en -formatie.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Een boeiende functie voor 24 tot 32 uur op strategisch en tactisch niveau;
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.626 en €5.910 op basis van 38 uur, conform schaal 10 cao Huisartsenzorg, afgestemd op ervaring en kennis;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; vergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer op kilometerbasis of openbaar vervoer; keuzemogelijkheid uit arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een laptop, fiets of telefoon;
  • Opleidingsmogelijkheden; meer dan 5 weken vakantie per jaar;
