- Het beantwoorden van binnenkomende vragen, chat
- en telefoongesprekken.
- Als junior customer success manager ben je bezig met het vastleggen hoe jij op werkende oplossingen bent gekomen.
- Je deelt creatieve en verassende ideeën waardoor service processen verbeterd kunnen worden.
- Advies geven aan klanten over nieuwe, innovatieve softwareoplossingen.
- Je onderhoudt contact met belangrijke klanten en bent alert op de wensen en behoeften.
