We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Jedlix, a leading smart charging service provider in Europe. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for our existing and new customers, providing exceptional onboarding experiences and supporting the implementation of new projects and features.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive continued value from our products and services.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with each assigned client, identifying specific needs and challenges, and proactively addressing them to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Succeed in renewing agreements, upselling/cross-selling new or additional services, and reducing churn to achieve company growth objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in commercial project management or customer success, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in data analysis and tooling (SQL, PowerBI, Excel).
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
