Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Jedlix, a leading smart charging service provider in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our smart charging platform among utilities, automotive, and charge point operators.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for our existing and new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and supporting the implementation of new projects and features.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients and support activities on larger-scale strategic programs.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients, driving continued value from Jedlix's products and services throughout the customer journey.
- Succeed in renewing agreements, upselling/cross-selling new or additional services, and reducing churn to achieve company growth objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify specific needs and challenges, proactively engaging internal teams to address these issues.
- Technical expertise, data-driven approach, and structured mindset. A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology) is preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial project management or customer success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a structured and analytical approach.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
