Customer Success Manager

Jedlix is a leading smart charging service provider in Europe, and we're seeking a Customer Success Manager to accelerate our international expansion. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for our existing and new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and supporting the implementation of new projects and features.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients and support strategic programs to drive continued value and growth.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, identifying their needs and challenges to proactively address them and drive business outcomes.
- Succeed in renewing agreements, upselling/cross-selling new services, and reducing churn to achieve company growth objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform internal teams and drive improvements.
- Technical expertise, data-driven approach, and structured mindset. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial project management or customer success.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in analytical tooling (SQL, PowerBI, Excel).
- Competitive edge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of e-mobility and energy industry.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
