Customer Success Manager

About the Role
Jedlix is a leading smart charging service provider in Europe, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to accelerate our international expansion. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients leverage our software platform to enable smart charging services at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for our existing and new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients and support strategic programs.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, driving continued value from our products and services.
- Succeed in renewing agreements, upselling/cross-selling new services, and reducing churn.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and challenges, proactively addressing them.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and structured, with a master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology).
- Years of experience in commercial project management or customer success.
- Good communication and analytical skills, with experience in analytical tooling (SQL, PowerBI, Excel).
- Competitive edge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of the e-mobility and energy industry.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
