In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to ensure the effective renewal and retention of existing contracts. By showcasing the value and advantages of Progress products, you will identify opportunities to generate additional revenue and facilitate the adoption and expansion of our solutions through up-selling and cross-selling. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to some of our enterprise clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in overcoming any challenges they may encounter. Key Responsibilities: Engage in discussions that lead to successful renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells, and referrals, while identifying and passing new business leads to account management teams. Reconcile orders with contract specifications to ensure accurate license configurations and pricing. Prepare quotes and process orders of varying complexity to guarantee proper invoicing. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking all customer interactions from prospecting to deal closure. Maintain an updated sales forecast. Address customer inquiries until resolution, enhancing our clients' understanding of product features, upgrades, and add-ons. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and product teams to resolve challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proficiency in Polish and English; knowledge of any other European language is advantageous. Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data effectively. Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication, consultative, and persuasive abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet changing business needs. Keen attention to detail, with a focus on following and enhancing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management within an enterprise context. Relevant educational background in technology, business, economics, or a related field.
