Role Overview

As a Client Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion for Tradedoubler's clients. You will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships with key clients, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business development and account growth.
  • Run the full sales cycle, generating pipelines by prospecting new customers and extending our existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Partnership Team to manage seeding campaigns, selecting the right influencers for clients' demographics and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities for them using Tradedoubler's platform.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer product experience.
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of Tradedoubler's business strategy and growth initiatives.

Your Profile

  • You have a proven track record of achieving business growth and sales success.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate clients' business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
  • Strong team player with a focus on contributing to our joint success.
  • Professional level in English, with native/professional level in Dutch a plus.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers use digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of the European e-commerce and influencer market, and relevant enabling technologies, a plus.

Work Environment

Tradedoubler is based in Rotterdam and operates in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work in the office 3-4 times a week and travel regularly to meet with clients and partners across Europe.
