As a Client Delivery Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive onboarding experience for our clients, managing a designated portfolio of clients, and driving continued value of Jedlix's products and services throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for existing and new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and supporting the implementation of new projects and features.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new or additional services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify specific needs and challenges, proactively addressing these through internal teams.
- Technical expertise, with a master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Proven experience in commercial project management or customer success, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience working with analytical tooling such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required, with fluency in French, German, or Dutch being a plus.
