Role Overview

As a Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by introducing our tech-enabled performance-driven influencer marketing platform to clients and prospective clients. Your primary objective will be to forge long-term partnerships between Metapic and leading fashion and beauty brands, ensuring seamless delivery of their goals and expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new brands and growing existing accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle, generating pipelines by prospecting new customers, focusing on fashion, beauty, and home & living, and extending our popular customer pool.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Partnership Team to manage seeding campaigns, selecting the right influencers for clients' demographics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities for them using Metapic.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer product experience with Metapic.
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

Your Profile

  • You have a proven history of achieving client growth and sales success.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate the customer's business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close a deal.
  • You are a true team player and contribute to our joint success.
  • Professional level in English, native/professional level in Dutch is a plus.
  • Expert with social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers use digital marketing.
  • Experience with a CRM system, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or others.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-Commerce and influencer market and relevant enabling technologies, is a plus.

Work Environment

We are based in Rotterdam and work in the office 3-4 times per week. You will be traveling regularly to meet with our brand partners in the Netherlands and all across Europe.
