About the Role

Nexio Projects is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing new business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute new business strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Present and promote Nexio Projects' services to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
- Coach the Business Development Representative to support on setting qualified meetings and closing deals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

About You

- You have at least 6 years of work experience in business development or sales.
- Proficiency in English; any other European language is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B market and sustainability industry.
- Passionate about creating long-term relationships and driving business growth.
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales strategy development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service and building strong relationships.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible work attitude and ability to prioritize work across various time zones.
