About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the temperature-controlled logistics market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a structured and professional organization, preferably with multinational presence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the temperature-controlled logistics market.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
