Client Service Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Robeco. As a key member of our Client Onboarding & Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders in Global Sales and Account Management teams to optimize client servicing processes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the onboarding of new direct fund clients and fund distributors, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Monitor and ensure that all commitments towards our clients are fulfilled, maintaining the highest level of service quality.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance client experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Relation/Sales Managers to provide exceptional client service, adding value to the chain between the client and Robeco.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably within Client Services or a related field.
- Academic or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management and fund distribution.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
