Client Service Manager

About the Role
The Client Service Manager is a key position within the Client Onboarding & Services department at Robeco. This role is responsible for providing high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders in Global Sales and Account Management teams to optimize client servicing processes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee third-party fund providers, such as JPMorgan, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new direct fund clients and fund distributors, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Monitor and ensure that all commitments towards clients are fulfilled, including daily, informal ad-hoc client enquiries & requests.
- Identify process improvements in areas such as client onboarding, contract management, subscriptions, and redemptions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably within Client Services.
- Academic or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management and fund distribution.
- Understanding of the worldwide distribution of mutual funds through fund platforms.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
