Client Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Delivery Manager to join our team at Jedlix, a leading smart charging service provider in Europe. As a Client Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients and contributing to our mission to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing support to drive business growth.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services and products.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in commercial project management or customer success, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required, with fluency in French, German, or Dutch a plus.
