Client Service Officer

Job Summary
Robeco is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Officer to join our team in Rotterdam and Hong Kong. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Lifecycle Management: Client onboarding, Contract Management
- Client Servicing: Report distribution, query management, information customization requests, incident management, due diligence requests & meetings
- Operational Support: Cash flow processing, Trade Support queries
- Other: Participation in special projects, Consultant, Administrator, Custodian or other third-party client advisor communications
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably within Client Services team
- Academic or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business or financial field preferred
- Knowledge about asset management and in particular segregated accounts (mandates)
- Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Possession of strong analytical skills, detail-oriented while remaining pragmatically minded
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a true global mindset; sensitive for cultural differences
