This is the role

Welcome to the heart of our Turnaround operations As Site Turnaround Team Leader you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence. Guided by the Turnaround Excellence Model (OES-043), your mission is to ensure Tier 1 milestones are met.

  • Providing leadership to enable the organization to achieve GoalZERO Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance;
  • Timely scope development with comprehensive content, boundary case, and prioritization;
  • Owning and maintaining the site Boundary Case Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID);
  • Ensuring alignment between site SAP and Turnaround/Shutdown (TA/STO) base/variable/incremental scope, including newly added equipment;
  • Communicating status, key performance indicators, and metrics;
  • Evaluating and closing out reports post-TA for your discipline.

This is what you bring
  • A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar role within the industry. This role requires a strong leadership style and the ability to effectively guide and inspire teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a process plant or similar environment, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
  • Ideally, at least 5 years of prior experience in turnaround, project management, operations, or maintenance coordination, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, providing foundational knowledge necessary to thrive in this dynamic role.
  • Fluency in English and ideally, your level of proficiency in Dutch is B2 (or willing to learn).
