Technisch personeelstekort? Geen zorgen voor jou Als Managing Consultant binnen Maritiem & Offshore ga je de uitdaging aan om de perfecte match te vinden die niet alleen voldoet aan de eisen maar deze zelfs overtreft. Van tekenaar, werkvoorbereider en engineer tot projectleider en projectmanager. Je bouwt graag (nieuwe) relaties op, zowel met klanten als met technisch talent.

Je standplaats is Gorinchem, maar we zijn ook 1 dag per week in Heerenveen en het kan voorkomen dat we afspreken om een dag vanuit een ander kantoor te werken.

Als Managing Consultant:

  • Heb je ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling en interesse in techniek en de maritieme sector.
  • Enthousiasmeer je klanten en kandidaten en weet ze aan je te binden. Aangezien we technisch talent uit verschillende landen aantrekken, is het belangrijk dat je zowel goed Nederlands als goed Engels spreekt.
  • Heb je een ondernemende geest, commerciële drive en een competitieve instelling.

  • Salaris tussen €3.000,- en €4.000,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis.
