Technisch personeelstekort? Geen man overboord voor jou Als Managing Consultant binnen Maritiem & Offshore dompel je jezelf onder in een zee van uitdagingen. Jouw missie is het vinden van de perfecte match die niet alleen voldoet aan de eisen, maar deze zelfs overtreft. Van tekenaar, werkvoorbereider en engineer tot projectleider en projectmanager. Je gaat graag (nieuwe) relaties aan. Zowel met klanten als met technisch talent.

Je standplaats is Gorinchem, maar we zitten ook 1 dag in de week in Heerenveen en het kan maar zo dat we eens afspreken om een dagje te werken op een ander tof kantoor van ons.
Als Managing Consultant:

  • Heb je ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling en affiniteit met techniek en de maritieme sector.
  • Enthousiasmeer jij klanten en kandidaten en bindt je ze aan je. Omdat we technisch talent uit verschillende landen aantrekken, spreek je zowel goed Nederlands als goed Engels.
  • Heb je een ondernemingsgeest, commerciële drive en een competitieve mindset.

  • Salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis.
