Customer Service Medewerker
die in praktijk brengt wat al onze medewerkers met elkaar gemeen hebben ; altijd dat ene stapje verder zetten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je begeleidt import en/of export zendingen. Je onderhoudt interne en externe contacten met verladers, overzeese kantoren en agenten. Je stuurt vervoerders aan. Je handelt de transporten administratief af. Je doet de voorbereiding en verzorging van documentatie.

Profiel van de kandidaat

Je hebt een MBO/HBO opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in de logistieke richting; Je hebt ervaring op het gebied van intermodaal en maritiem transport. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse en Duitse taal. Je hebt ervaring met de operationele IT systemen. Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden zowel in woord als op schrift (zowel Nederlands als Engelstalig). Je bent uiterst accuraat in registratie en documentatie. Je beschikt over een proactieve houding met een "just-do-it" mentaliteit. Je woont in de buurt van Spijkenisse / Rotterdam. Je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer (geen openbaar vervoer verbinding).
