Om de transitie succesvol te laten verlopen zijn ze op zoek naar pioniers die voorop willen staan in de Europese energietransitie. Als Legal Advisor kom je te werken in een snelgroeiende en internationale organisatie met volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Hier werken ze allemaal aan één doel: een groenere toekomst voor iedereen.

**Jouw rol**

Als Legal Advisor is je werk zichtbaar binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je bent betrokken bij de ontwikkeling, realisatie en het beheer van duurzame-energieprojecten op het gebied van zonneparken, energieopslag en het uitrollen van het laadnetwerk.

Ze zoeken een Legal Advisor met werkervaring binnen de rechtspraktijk. Je zal op alle vlakken betrokken zijn bij onze projecten. Deze projecten kennen een grote (onderliggende) financiële waarde en worden vastgelegd in verscheidene complexe overeenkomsten tussen verschillende stakeholders. Je komt in een gespecialiseerd en gemotiveerd team te werken dat momenteel uit twee medewerkers bestaat

In deze functie krijg je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

- Ondersteunen van onze teams als juridisch aanspreekpunt;
- Ondersteunen tijdens vergunningsprocedures, contact met overheidsinstanties en andere stakeholders;
- Adviseren op het gebied van contractenrecht en civiele vraagstukken;
- Behandelen van diverse ad-hoc vragen vanuit de organisatie;
- Ondersteunen bij het opzetten van nieuwe business;
- Opstellen van verschillende contracten en voeren van onderhandelingen;
- Voeren van (gerechtelijke) procedures;
- Onderhouden van externe relaties.

**Jouw profiel**

Je komt hier te werken in een snelgroeiende organisatie. Het is dus van belang dat je vanuit verschillende perspectieven kan werken. Verder werk je zelfstandig of samen met een Legal collega aan vraagstukken en rapporteer je aan onze Chief Operational Officer (COO). Ook beschik je over de volgende competenties:

- Je hebt een afgeronde WO;
- Je hebt mínimaal 1-3 jaar werkervaring als jurist in het bedrijfsleven of overheid;
- Je hebt ervaring met civiel recht;
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor politieke, bestuurlijke en ambtelijke verhoudingen;
- Je hebt een actieve pragmatische instelling;
- Je hebt uitstekende juridische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
