  • Deep affinity with data & innovation is a must. Therefore, we require minimal 10 year of experience working in a data centric role connected to Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced analytics or Innovation
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, a few of which of managing multiple scrum teams (e.g. product manager, head of product)
  • Experience with data driven transformation
  • Experience with fact-based performance management (e.g. steering based on KPI's, using OKRs)
  • A customer focused, results oriented and are driven by making Schiphol a better place through data

  • € 5552 to € 7803 gross per month (Schaal 14)
  • A 13th month (year-end bonus)
  • The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week
  • An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work
