As a CRM Manager at L'Oréal, you will be responsible for developing and executing local CRM strategies for the Luxury division brands, with a focus on our DC Brands. Your primary goal will be to drive consumer data acquisition and enrichment, execute and optimize emailing campaigns and lifecycle journeys, and analyze CRM KPI's, campaigns, and touchpoints to understand the effectiveness of our efforts.
Your Responsibilities- STRATEGIZE: Create and lead local CRM strategies for the Luxury division brands, with a focus on our DC Brands.
- GROW: Drive consumer data acquisition and enrichment.
- ACTIVATE: Execute and optimize emailing campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
- ANALYZE: Analyze CRM KPI's, campaigns, and touchpoints to understand the effectiveness of our efforts.
- INNOVATE: Lead the transformation of first-party data activation in the cookieless world, together with marketing and digital experts across L'Oréal.
- UPSKILL: Educate the business with CRM insights and reports.
