Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe Technische Facility Engineer. De Facility Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de technische werking van alle mechanische, elektrische en security systemen binnen de data centers. Je bent betrokken bij het bestellen en accepteren van de installatie werkzaamheden van de systemen en en zorgt ervoor dat preventief en correctief onderhoud tijdig en correct wordt uitgevoerd ten behoeve van de volledige beschikbaarheid (koeling en energievoorziening). Hierbij werk je nauw samen met onderaannemers en ondersteun je deze indien nodig. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de werkzaamheden, de onderaannemers en technische aanpassingen. Je bent onderdeel van een dynamisch team dat zich inzet voor kwaliteit, succes en hoge mate van klanttevredenheid.

Functie

Het laten verzorgen van onderhoud op de Technical Facility Management infrastructuur (elektrisch, mechanisch, beveiliging, besturingssystemen, brand- en beveiligingssystemen);
Monitoren meldingen op de verschillende alarmsystemen en reageren op eventuele meldingen;
Het laten uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud;
Analyseren van storingen en voorstellen doen voor verhogen van beschikbaarheid van de infrastructuur;
Acties uitvoeren op een proactieve wijze en volgens de werkorders in het Asset Management Systeem (Maximo) vastleggen;
Het bedienen van de technische infrastructuur op een veilige en efficiënte manier;
Deelnemen aan diverse projecten van modificatie tot nieuwbouw en het opstellen van technische specificaties, beoordelen van offertes en adviseren voor opdrachtverstrekking;
Coördineren van werkzaamheden volgens procedures;
Dagelijks, wekelijks en maandelijks statusrapporten verstrekken aan de Technisch Facility Manager;
Het trainen van nieuwe medewerkers en het delen van kennis binnen het TFM team;
Ondersteuning bij nieuwe (klant)installaties;
Toezicht of procedures worden uitgevoerd om het hoogste niveau van service te halen.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding (voorkeur voor technische opleiding);
Je beschikt over aantoonbare werkervaring als onderhoud monteur, facilitair beheerder of service engineer;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel in woord als in schrift;
Je bent service- en oplossingsgericht;
Je bent bereidt tot het draaien van consignatiediensten en in de toekomst 24uur diensten;
Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement;
Je bent gemotiveerd en flexibel;
Je standplaats is Amsterdam
