Als Customer Service Expert ben je de schakel tussen ons bedrijf en de klanten. Door goed te luisteren en in te spelen op de behoeften van de klant, kom je met passende oplossingen. Je behandelt vragen die via telefoon, sociale media, chat, WhatsApp en e-mail binnenkomen, variërend van orders en reparaties tot voorraadstatussen en verkoopadvies. Als je ergens niet uitkomt, werk je samen met je collega's aan een oplossing.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het afhandelen en oplossen van klantvragen via chat, e-mail, sociale media en telefoon;
  • Het geven van productadvies op commercieel en probleemoplossend niveau;
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij technische vragen;
  • Reparaties aanmelden en de voortgang ervan volgen;
  • Proactief veelvoorkomende vragen en incidenten signaleren en rapporteren;
  • Ideeën aandragen ter verbetering van de afdeling;
  • Uitvoeren van overige taken binnen de afdeling.
Functie-eisen
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week;
  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO (niveau 4) diploma;
  • Enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en klantenservice;
  • Je helpt graag klanten;
  • Je hebt interesse in consumententechnologie;
  • Je denkt graag mee en bent proactief;
  • Je kunt gestructureerd werken;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
