Introduction to the job

The HR Talent Management team is led by the Global Head of Talent Management, and works in a matrix organization with Sectors and Countries. The HR Talent Management team leads the following key concepts and processes for the worldwide ASML organization:

Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, People Plan, Sustainable Employability and People Listening. The regions are Asia (Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong), US (numerous locations on East and West Coast) and Europe.

As senior Talent Management Process Specialist you prepare, coordinate and execute activities and processes as part of the annual talent cycle in the area of Performance Management and Talent & Succession Management.

Role and responsibilities

Prepare, coordinate and execute the phases Talent Management processes, such as:

Prepare and run end-to-end global processes of the annual talent cycle for Develop & Perform, as well as the different phases of Talent & Succession Management Turn potential improvements into concrete initiatives for the global processes and tooling based on data analysis and feedback, in close collaboration with the Process Owners and Product Owners Provide independent advisory to the Process and Product owners, and support manager in decision making Develop and improve training and communication workshops, content and materials required to prepare and inform Managers, Employees and HR for their role in the processes: Maintain training and communication materials Ensure sessions are planned and staffed with facilitators Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear Facilitate information / training sessions and workshops Interact with the network of Sector and Country Ambassadors and Coordinators for these global processes, and ensure they play their role in their part of the business Work closely with our HR Business Partners to evaluate our processes after each run, to safeguard and further improve the experience of Managers, HR and Employees

Education and experience

Education: University Level (HR Studies, Psychology, Business Studies, or other relevant field of study)

Experience:

Preferably 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years of in depth experience and knowledge in the field of Talent Management in international organizations HR expertise or HR consulting on a broad range of topics HR Business Partner experience Experience in change & communication, developing training and communication content and materials
