Je werk

Als Client Onboarding and Monitoring Specialist ben jij – samen met meerdere ervaren collega's - verantwoordelijk voor de acceptatie van kredietaanvragen op krediet, fraude en CDD-risico. Dit doe je aan de hand van een eerste beoordeling van de afdeling Operations, (krediet)beleid en beschikbare informatie. Daarnaast ben je dagelijks bezig met het identificeren van mogelijk verhoogde kredietrisico's op basis van diverse signalen.

Wat ga je doen

Het analyseren en fiatteren van kredietaanvragen inclusief het vaststellen van de CDD-rating Het behandelen van signalen bij bestaande klanten met een mogelijk verhoogd kredietrisico Je bent sparringpartner voor Operations, Debiteurenbeheer en Client Services Je draagt medeverantwoordelijkheid voor een gezonde ontwikkeling van de portefeuille Je denkt mee over nieuwe manieren om onze klanten te kunnen helpen, onder andere ook op basis van de door jou verkregen input Als het druk is bij de debiteurenbeheer afdeling dan help je met het bellen van klanten die een betalingsachterstand hebben

Je profiel

Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift en hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal Ervaring met het beoordelen van jaarcijfers Kennis op het gebied van kredietbeoordelingen, Customer Due Diligence en breder risicomanagement Analytisch, doortastend en teamspeler Kritische blik op de organisatie waarbij je verbeteringen ter sprake brengt Affiniteit met het MKB-segment is een pré
