Als General Manager bij Liberty in Amsterdam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een aantal commercieel-zakelijke locaties bij Schiphol. Met jouw ervaring weet jij met jouw teams de locaties naar een succes te brengen.

Jouw werkplek

Liberty Global is een internationaal telecommunicatiebedrijf met hoofdkantoren in Londen, Amsterdam en Denver. In het hoofdgebouw is een bedrijfsrestaurant met een uitgebreide Aziatische corner waar wokgerechten worden bereidt en een espressobar voor heerlijke koffies. Op aanvraag verzorgen wij ook diverse banqueting evenementen. Dagelijks komen hier gemiddeld 500 gasten genieten van het assortiment en de faciliteiten, vrijdagen zijn vaak wat rustiger met ongeveer . - gasten. De locatie is maandag t/m vrijdag tussen - uur geopend. Afhankelijk van de banqueting kan dit soms iets later zijn. Jouw team

Het team van Liberty Global bestaat uit 16-20 collega's. Het is een gezellig team dat onze gasten een fijne tijd geeft op deze locatie. Daarnaast hebben zij bij Liberty Global de mogelijkheid om te sporten. Zij kunnen deelnemen aan sportlessen of zelfstandig sporten. Jouw functie

Als General Manager bij Liberty Global, Schiphol ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles op het gebied van horeca en hospitality binnen het pand van één van onze opdrachtgevers. Met deze opdrachtgever werken we intensief samen en stellen we in overleg ambitieuze doelen op.Het is aan jou om deze strategie te vertalen naar de operatie. Binnen deze operatie werk je met een team van locatieverantwoordelijken. Je motiveert en enthousiasmeert je teamleden zodat de dagelijkse operatie goed draait. Jij weet met jouw hospitality-achtergrond en -kennis hoe je het team uitdaagt om de kwaliteit en het resultaat naar het hoogste level te brengen. Daarnaast weet je als geen ander hoe het werkt om de huurders in de panden aan je te binden en ze maximaal in de watten te leggen.Daarnaast zorg je voor een adequate reactie op factoren die de winstgevendheid van de bedrijfsactiviteiten zowel in negatieve- als in positieve zin kunnen beïnvloeden en stuurt hierop aan. Kortom; ondernemerschap is het sleutelwoord.Jouw ingrediënten
  • Jij hebt ervaring opgedaan in een commerciële omgeving en weet je hoe je op een coachende manier leiding moet geven aan jouw team;
  • Jij hebt een relevante afgeronde hbo-opleiding (HHS of vergelijkbaar);
  • Jij hebt minimaal 5 jaar in het zelfstandig leiding geven binnen de horecasector;
  • Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven op afstand;
  • Je beschikt over managementvaardigheden, relationeel partnership en je bent projectmatig sterk;
  • Open, direct en communicatief zijn woorden die bij jou passen. Je weet mensen te motiveren, inspireren en enthousiasmeren;
  • Is ondernemerschap je sleutelwoord, je bent een vakidioot en inspirator;
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met horeca op een high-trafficlocatie (zoals een of meerdere outlets) is een pre;
  • Door jouw sterke relationele vaardigheden blijft het partnership met de opdrachtgever soepel verlopen en is dit een groot succes
Werken in de bedrijfshoreca:
  • Je werkt (meestal) tijdens kantoortijden, werk & privé zijn dus goed te combineren;
  • Veel ruimte en creativiteit om met jouw team toffe acties/menu's op te zetten;
  • Je komt te werken in een hecht team, ook de gasten zijn jou na een aantal weken bekend, hoe fijn is dat
