Als Customer insight specialist houd jij je bezig met alle aspecten van klantonderzoek voor onze winkelformules Kruidvat en Trekpleister, in Nederland en België. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse begeleiding en uitvoering van onderzoeksprojecten.

Qua type marktonderzoek is het scala breed: van het beheren van bestaande onderzoeken tot het opzetten en uitvoeren van nieuwe strategische onderzoeken (kwalitatief & kwantitatief) en validerende onderzoeken zoals een klantenpanel of communicatie pre-testen. Je bent ervaren in het schrijven van een goede onderzoeksbriefing op basis van de businessvragen en idem in de selectie en begeleiding van bureaus.Je werkt in een klein team binnen AS Watson en rapporteert aan de Customer Insight & Experience manager. Je werkt nauw samen met de marketing afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste inzichten worden gebruikt voor de marketing plannen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • het opzetten en coördineren van alle klantgerichte marktonderzoeken;
  • analyseren en interpreteren van data;
  • rapporten maken en data visualiseren via PowerPoint presentaties;
  • conclusies en aanbevelingen geven over verschillende klantvragen
  • presenteren van de resultaten en learnings aan business teams, samen met je manager;
  • begeleiden van de marketingafdeling en bredere organisatie in het genereren en doorvertalen van insights uit de verschillende databronnen;
  • het monitoren van de ontwikkelingen in de markt: concurrentie, customer trends om de marketing strategie continu aan te scherpen;
  • sparringpartner voor Marketing en andere afdelingen binnen AS Watson rondom marktonderzoek.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO/WO-niveau (bij voorkeur communicatiewetenschap, marketing, marketingonderzoek, bedrijfseconomie of economische psychologie).
  • Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaring in onderzoek. Hierdoor heb je kennis van een diverse reeks onderzoekstechnieken.
  • Je hebt een pro-actieve houding om onderzoeksresultaten door te vertalen naar inzichten en mogelijkheden om de business te versterken.
  • Je hebt goede powerpoint skills en bent in staat om overtuigend resultaten te presenteren.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse taal (moedertaal) als de Engelse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
  • Daarnaast ben je ondernemend, conceptmatig en creatief sterk. En met jouw heldere visie en uitstekende communicatieve en contactuele vaardigheden weet jij gesprekspartners te adviseren en overtuigen.
