FunctieomschrijvingVoor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Engineer. Samen met de QHSE-Manager en collega Quality Engineer sta jij voor de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de gehele productie. Je onderzoekt plastic, metaal en composiet in de meetkamer, bewaakt de specificaties van eindproducten en reageert direct op de kleinste afwijkingen.Doordat de organisatie zich heeft gespecialiseerd op macro/micro componenten voor de voertuigindustrie, liggen de kwaliteitsstandaarden hoog en wordt er altijd conform IATF16494 gehandeld. Je werkt veelvuldig met meetprogramma's en kwaliteitssystemen voor secure documentafhandeling.Functie eisen
  • Afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronische systemen of Industrieel procesontwerp;
  • Kennis van geautomatiseerd Binden, Spuitgieten en Lassen;
  • Aantoonbaar ervaring met werken onder IATF 16494;
  • Mitatoyo, Datalyzer, FMAE, Proces Flow, Control Plans en IMDS;
  • Een échte kwaliteitsfanaat welke ervaring heeft met ISO9001.
BedrijfsprofielJe komt te werken voor een bedrijf welke in de 19e eeuw van origine gestart als dé lampenfabriek van Nederland, gespecialiseerd in het produceren van lampbasissen. Ondertussen produceert zij diverse macro-/microcomponenten. Deze worden afgenomen door diverse opdrachtgevers in de automotive industrie. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in massaproductie van metalen-en-plastic-composieten, door het geautomatiseerd spuitgieten, lassen en binden.Over BURG QHSSEBURG QHSSE is gespecialiseerd in bemiddeling Quality, Health, Safety Security, and Environment en omvat de integrale benadering van deze aspecten binnen organisaties.
