- Performing detailed calculations and analysis;
- Making industry-specific product recommendations;
- Reviewing conveyor designs;
- Troubleshoot issues in these critical applications by phone or e-mail;
- Participate in the development and maintenance of tools and documentation (such as calculators, template documents, drawings, etc.) related to the platform.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an environment where you help people with your technical knowledge;
- Bachelor’s level in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering;
- Experience in technical customer support on-site is highly desirable;
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and or Oracle will be a bonus, otherwise they will teach you;
- Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks);
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- You have a valid permit or you are an EU citizen;
- Service-minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership;
- Professional level of French with advanced communication skills in English.
