**Supply and Subcontracting Manager**

Consumer Product Division

**Who I am?**

As a Supply and Subcontracting Manager I am responsible for delivering the target service level with optimized inventories and coordinating the subcontracting operations of the division

**You will**:

- Coordinate the supply and subcontracting activities with your team, optimizing the stock parameters and production timings
- Maintain a high service level towards our customers
- Enable the cooperation with direct stakeholders (internal and external) and relay information on industrial constraints
- Communicate within the division on the supply chain results, risks and action plans
- Have regular contact with S&OP to discuss and solve product availability issues
- Contact with dedicated S&OP leader to work on continuous improvement of processes
- Manage stock levels and keep unhealthy stock low, by active follow-up of E&O within the division
- Ensure a fluid process between the supply planning and subcontracting roles
- Maintain a healthy size catalogue and ensuring master data management
- Recruit and integrate new team members and growing talent for supply chain roles

- A master degree, preferably in a relevant field
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in Supply/Demand Planning or other relevant experiences in operations
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch in speaking and writing
- In depth experience in Stock Management, Demand and/or Supply Planning, Subcontracting Management, SAP
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Risk Management Acumen: Proactive in identifying potential supply chain disruptions, developing contingency plans, and mitigating risks.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Always seeking ways to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
