Als Manager Procurement & Supply Chain ben je, met standplaats Hoofddorp, verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en realisatie van inkoopstrategieën en het optimaliseren van de supply chain binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte inkoop van zowel product
- als non-product gerelateerde goederen en diensten en streeft continu naar verbetering van processen over de gehele keten. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te ondersteunen en te realiseren. Daarnaast bezoek je regelmatig onze vestigingen in Wateringen, Eindhoven en Haaksbergen.
Daarnaast breng je structuur in de organisatie en leid je verandertrajecten, waarbij affiniteit met IT en Telecom een grote pré is. Jouw vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen strategische en operationele taken helpt ons de supply chain verder te professionaliseren en aan te passen aan de groei en veranderende marktomstandigheden.

**Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit**:

- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een organisatie breed inkoopbeleid, inclusief jaarplannen en doelstellingen voor zowel “product related” als “non-product related” producten en diensten
- Beheren van relaties met strategische leveranciers en onderhandelen over optimale voorwaarden
- Zorgdragen voor continue optimalisatie van het assortiment en het aanboren van nieuwe inkoopkanalen
- Signaleren van interne en externe ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar verbeteringen in het inkoop
- en supply chain beleid
- Implementeren van veranderingsprojecten en leiden van optimalisatie-initiatieven binnen de organisatie
- Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten gericht op optimalisatie van de gehele, overkoepelende supplychain processen
- Sturen op een gedegen voorraadbeheer, waar gestuurd wordt op omloopsnelheid en mínimale voorraad
- Licentiemanagement, het beheren van alle leverancierscontracten en licenties voor software, inclusief het bijhouden van looptijden, naleving van contractvoorwaarden en tijdige verlenging of beëindiging van licenties.
- Toezien op correcte rapportages en optimalisatie van licentie-inkoop om kosten en risico's te mínimaliseren
- Direct leidinggeven aan een team van circa 5 leads, verdeeld over inkoop en supply chain functies. In totaal bestaat het team inkoop & supplychain uit circa 22 medewerkers waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent
- Coachen van teamleden, ondersteunen bij dagelijkse activiteiten en het voeren van regulier overleg.

- Leidinggevende ervaring in een complexe, strategische werkomgeving
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor zowel interne als externe contacten
