As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for setting up streamlined procurement processes, managing supplier relationships alongside departmental procurement leads, and achieving cost savings and sustainability. This is what your assignment looks like

In this role, you will lead the entire procurement process, from strategy to execution. You will develop and implement a procurement policy that ensures efficient processes, with cost savings and sustainability as key focuses.

Additionally, you will establish a standardized process to easily monitor and improve performance. You will support departmental directors in their procurement and relationship management with key suppliers. You will also work closely with the operations, facility & property, and finance departments to align procurement needs with business goals.

Besides ensuring compliance and governance, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process optimization and value creation.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Develop and execute procurement policies and strategies.
- Shape and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing and contract management.
- Monitor supplier relationships, quality, and performance.
- Optimize costs and procurement processes, with a focus on sustainability and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business goals.

We ask:

- HBO/WO degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in policy development and procurement.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
